With over 15 years of experience, I am a technology leader currently serving as Manager of Technical Solutions & Software Development at Zorlu Holding. I lead a 16-member cross-functional team consisting of software developers, solution/software architects, UI/UX designers, and project managers. I am responsible for enterprise architecture, end-to-end software delivery, and ensuring the performance, security, and usability of applications while aligning with the company’s digital transformation strategy. My role involves defining technology standards, driving solution architecture, and ensuring that software projects are delivered on time and at high quality.
Previously at Arçelik, I served as the Consortium Manager and Program Manager for the TÜBİTAK-funded Smart Living Solutions Consortium, a national-scale R&D initiative with a 50M+ TRY budget. The program involved over 200 contributors and more than 13 key industrial and academic stakeholders, including Arçelik, Eczacıbaşı, Karel, Makel, METU, and Boğaziçi University, etc. As consortium manager and program manager, I oversaw a portfolio of approximately 20 individual projects under this program, ensuring coordination and delivery across all initiatives. I was the Product Owner for HomeWhiz IoT-based mobile applications and AI-powered voice interaction technologies (STT, TTS, NLP), while also shaping the R&D and product roadmaps for connected devices and smart living solutions. Additionally, I acted as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, driving the agile transformation of multiple cross-functional squads.
Earlier at Vodafone Technology and AVEA, I primarily served as a Solution Architect, focusing on enterprise-level solution design, system integration, and software lifecycle management. I played a key role in bridging business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring complex system implementations met performance and scalability needs. I combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver innovative, user-centric, and scalable digital solutions.
